Ayt Color is a leading manufacturer of PE-based thermoplastic powder coatings, backed by more than 15 years of knowledge, expertise, and industry experience.
At our production facility in Istanbul, we specialize in manufacturing polyethylene-based powder coatings for refrigerator and deep freezer shelves and baskets, in full compliance with international quality standards. Our products are designed to deliver high durability, strong adhesion, and consistent performance in demanding household appliance applications.
With a monthly production capacity of 250 tons, AYT Color is one of the main suppliers to refrigerator and deep freezer manufacturers in Turkey. In addition to serving the domestic market, we also supply our products to customers across international markets.
PE THERMOPLASTIC COATING POWDER
AYT Color produces polyethylene (PE) based thermoplastic coating powders designed for wire shelves and similar metal products used in refrigeration equipment.

POWDER MAIN APPLICATIONS
AYT Color manufactures thermoplastic coating powders in the full range of RAL, PANTONE color standards commonly used in wire shelf and appliance applications. Our production process ensures consistent color quality and uniform coating appearance.
In addition to standard RAL colors, our in-house laboratory can develop custom colors tailored to your specific requirements. We work closely with manufacturers to match brand colors, special finishes, or application-specific needs.
Custom color development and sampling can be prepared quickly for testing and production evaluation.
